Welcome to Creations by Mystic Pearl. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Products
All jewellery is handmade and unique. Variations in colour, texture, and size may occur, especially with natural materials like pearls and crystals. We do our best to represent products accurately in photos and descriptions.

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you agree that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- All information provided is accurate and up to date
- You have read and understood these terms

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable). You are responsible for any customs or import duties if purchasing from outside the UK.

We accept payment via secure providers (e.g., PayPal, Wix and recognized platforms). Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
- UK delivery: Typically 2–5 working days
- International delivery: Times may vary by country

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays or customs checks.

5. Returns & Cancellations
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or cancellation.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media (including images, logos, and designs) is the property of Creations by Mystic Pearl and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mystic Pearl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
