Returns Policy

At Creations by Mystic Pearl, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer returns under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalised jewellery is non-refundable (unless faulty)

2. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll provide return instructions. Items must be sent back within 7 days of your return request being approved.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or sent in error)
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Please include clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
