At Creations by Mystic Pearl, we aim to deliver your handmade jewellery safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the key details about how we handle and dispatch your orders.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 working days, unless stated otherwise (e.g., during holidays or custom orders). If there’s any delay (e.g. material shortage or high volume of orders), we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times United Kingdom: - Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Courier): 2–5 working days - Tracked Delivery (optional upgrade): 1–3 working days International: - Standard International: 5–14 working days (varies by country) - Tracked International: 5–10 working days Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or postal disruptions.

3. Shipping Costs - UK: From £3.45 for small parcel upto 2kg. - International: From £varies, see added shipping to cart before checkout. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Free UK shipping may apply on orders over £80.

4. Tracking Your Order If you select a tracked shipping option, we will provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their country. We are not liable for delays or charges due to customs.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels - UK orders are considered lost after 10 working days - International orders are considered lost after 25 working days If your parcel hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, please contact us and we’ll investigate or issue a replacement/refund where appropriate.
